Used by many of our large corporate clients, it’s open 24 hours a day as a first port of call should any problems or queries arise. How many times have you had a little product niggle become a huge bugbear simply because you can’t pick up the phone to the supplier? Our telephone support is available to all customers without extra payments or complicated contracts, and is staffed by helpful and knowledgeable technicians. Climate hardware support follows the same ethos. In the unlikely event of a problem occurring during the first two years of a product’s life, it is generally fixed for free on a return-to-base basis. We also offer inexpensive ‘new for old’ cover. For a cost of 17% per annum (£66.13 per climate monitor), we’ll supply you with brand new hardware if a problem occurs which we can’t fix quickly over the phone. That means we’ll immediately ship you a new unit, regardless of the reason, at zero cost to you. |
